Concept 841 Two Year Limited Warranty

We warranty all Concept 841 products against manufacturing defects and material failure for two years from purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

Warranty excludes any hardware not manufactured by Concept 841.

Warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, abuse, or normal wear over time.

If something fails because of how we built it, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

Unused Concept 841 products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase is required.

If We Made a Mistake

If we ship the wrong item or make an error on your order, we’ll correct it and cover return shipping costs. When the mistake is ours, we take full responsibility and make it right.

If the Incorrect Product Was Ordered

If an item is ordered incorrectly and is not defective:

●      The customer is responsible for return shipping

●      A 20% restocking fee will be applied

This helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Products that show signs of installation, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
