Our system starts delivering that high-pitch note as early as 3,000 RPM — and as you climb, it turns into pure auditory bliss. Think Lamborghini V10 aggression fused with the precision and refinement of the Ferrari 458.

The OEM headers on the LT6 C8 Z06 carry a very distinct sound signature, and our original build simply amplified it — more volume, smoother tone, an aggressive crackle on decel. It sounded good. But it wasn't the goal. With how refined the factory design already was, we knew we had to do something fundamentally different: stepped, equal-length, 4-1 headers.

It changed everything.

Headers are the musical instrument. Exhaust can only amplify or attenuate the sound they produce.

By using equal lengths feeding a single collector, we create a uniform exhaust pulse — the collector receives a pulse every 90 degrees for continuous scavenging, further sharpened by a smaller collector volume. That's the even-firing signature you hear.
