The OEM headers on the LT6 C8Z06 carry a very distinct sound signature. Our original exhaust build simply amplified it. More volume. Smoother tone. An aggressive, almost violent crackle on decel.
It sounded good. But it wasn’t the goal.
If anything, it felt like we hadn’t gone far enough. With how refined the factory header design already is, we didn’t expect a drastic transformation. We needed to do something different. Stepped, equal length, 4-1 headers.

Concept841 uses equal lengths and a single collector to create a uniform exhaust pulse that produces the distinct sound of an even-firing engine. The collector recieves an exhaust pulse every 90 degrees creating continuous scavenging, further amplified by a smaller collector volume.
